For two decades, we have passionately sold confectionery in the historic Old Town of Hamelin and curated fine specialties. As "happiness makers," we stand for honest craftsmanship and treats that evoke memories. From creamy ice confectionery to chocolate-covered nuts to nostalgic foam candy. Many of our sweets are produced exclusively for us in high-quality manufactory quality. The assortment is supplemented by selected specialties from manufacturers such as Toms, Makulaku, Fritz Kunder, and Odenwälder.

Gummy Candies & Jelly
Fruity, soft, and colorful: Our English wine gums are a timeless classic. The raspberry hearts on vanilla foam combine fruity sweetness with a delicate foam note. For those who like it classic, opt for the finely sugared jelly orange and lemon slices or the chocolate-jelly bananas with dark chocolate. Plus, nostalgic foamed sugar as mini and giant mice.

Licorice & Candies
For liquorice lovers, we carry a fine selection: the mild liquorice confectionery from Toms, filled liquorice pieces from Makulaku from Finland in Mix and Raspberry/Salmiak varieties, and our own Salmiak liquorice pastilles in dark chocolate. Plus fruity bonbon classics like the handmade Rocks hearts with strawberry flavour.

Chocolatey delights await: caramelized peanuts, peanut clusters and coconut flakes in dark chocolate, candied ginger sticks, as well as our creamy cappuccino and latte macchiato ice confections with a delicate coffee note. For special moments, try the advocaat truffles and Jamaica rum balls, or fine nougat cones with hazelnut nougat.
What makes confectionery sweets special
The difference lies in the craftsmanship. While industrial mass-produced goods are optimized for long shelf life and low costs, confectionery relies on selected ingredients and careful processing. Chocolate-covered nuts are coated in several layers, ice bonbons are delicately molded to melt in your mouth, and liqueur chocolates are filled by hand. You can taste this in the texture, the aroma, and the aftertaste.

How to keep your sweets fresh
To preserve their aroma and consistency, proper storage is essential:
· Store in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight
· Seal gummy candies and foam sugar airtight to prevent them from drying out
· Store chocolate-covered specialties at 14–18 °C to prevent chocolate bloom
· Store licorice separately, otherwise it will absorb foreign flavors
